Placing orders at plazacycle.com is quick and easy. To assist first time buyers order on our website we have provided the following information to help guide you through the process. If at any time you would like more information you may place your order by phone or at any of our locations.
Finding Items
You may find products you are looking for by browsing to a product or searching for a product.
Browsing:
Start by selecting the category where you think you might find the product you are looking for... (For example: if you are looking for a motorcycle helmet you may look either under motorcycle or rider gear & apparel.) If you selected motorcycle you will then have the option of choosing motorcycle rider gear & apparel and then helmets. If you selected Rider gear & apparel you will then be able to choose helmets…
Searching:
Enter the words that you feel best match what you are looking for into the search box (found on every page of the website) and click go. Then select the item from the results. If the results of your search aren’t quite what you were expecting, modify your search and try again.
If you can’t find an item please call us. We are offering a 10% discount on all items not found on our website when ordered by phone. We have a huge inventory and are working hard to get all 75,000 of our products online.

Adding Items to Your Cart
Step 1:
Click on the “Add to Cart” button. The item will be added to your shopping cart and you will be taken to view a summary of all the items in your shopping cart
Due to manufacturer regulations, listing the prices of Motorcycles, ATV’s, Watercraft’s, Scooters, and some related vehicle components, is prohibited. At plazacycle.com you will be able to request and get hard-quotes for any of our products; however, a select few of these are not available for purchase on our website.
2: Update Quantities
To change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart you may enter a number in the quantity box or click on the up/down arrows next to the quantity box. Once you changed any quantities in your shopping cart click update cart.
Step 3: Continue Shopping or Checkout
When you are done shopping and want to purchase the items in your shopping cart click "Proceed to secure check-out."
Once you have decided you are ready to checkout, either Place an Order or Request a Quote

Placing an Order
Our checkout process is a simple 5 step process. From the shopping cart click "Proceed to secure Checkout"
Step 1: Sign In (Optional)
Enter your email address.
New customers select "I am a new customer" and click continue.
Returning customers that have created an account select "I am a returning customer and my password is:" Then enter your password and click continue.
Step 2: Address
Enter your billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.
If your billing and shipping addresses are the same just mark the checkbox that says “my shipping address is the same as my billing address” and all your shipping information will be filled in automatically. If your shipping address is different, uncheck the checkbox and fill in your shipping information.
Step 3: Shipping Method
Select shipping method and click continue.
You may choose between UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air A.M., 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air Early A.M., and Next Day Air A.M. See Shipping in the help section for general shipping rates
All orders over $100 will receive free ground shipping. To receive the free ground shipping you must select "standard ground" as your method of shipping.
Step 4: Review Order and Submit Payment
Review your order to verify that your billing and shipping addresses are correct and that the quantity of items you have chosen to order are correct. Once you are sure that all this information is correct enter your credit card information and click "complete order." Your order will process and if successful you will be taken to a confirmation page.
Step 5: Order Confirmation
After you have submitted your order you will be taken to a page confirming your order. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. If there are any changes in availability we will inform you immediately.

Requesting a Quote
Due to manufacturer regulations we do not list the prices of motorcycles, ATVs, watercraft, snowmobiles, or trailers. Instead of adding these items to your cart as you would other products on our website you may request a quote and we will respond back with a hard quote on these items. A select few of these items are not available for purchase due to manufacturer shipping regulations.
