How to Exchange an Item
Simply call 1-800-388-4543 or email onlinehelp@plazacycle.com within 30 days of receiving the order. Please reference the order number you received in your confirmation email and explain the problem and we’ll make arrangements for the exchange. Your new item will be promptly shipped upon arrival of the old item. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. For non-apparel exchanges, please call 1-800-388-4543 or email onlinehelp@plazacycle.com to receive an exchange authorization number.
