"3 months ago I wrote an e-mail about not being happy about a tire purchase and mount, and service. I am more than happy to say kudo's and great job on my 2nd purchase of the front tire. Nick did a great job of getting my front tire and putting a work order with pricing on it, ready for me to take it to your service dept.The Sat. I came out to the city Nick wasn't working, but the gal that wears the hat was, she was most helpful and pleasant, also she was a great help in helping me to find an front axel wrench, that wasn't so cheesie,it was aftermarket and shop grade. She knew her stuff .Your service dept. had the tire ready for pickup in about 3 hrs. as promised. I look forward to continue to do buseness with you and look forward to buying my next Nomad from you.Thank you for stepping up. The reason a lot of us travel out to the front, is because of the lack of service that we get at the bike shops out here."

"Well Mike Earl did it again. I bought some boots a couple of years ago from Plaza and broke a couple buckles. I'm a truck driver so I went looking for a buckle. I went to 3 to 4 states, and couldnt find them anywhere. My wife finaly told me to call Mike, so I did and Mike rembered me and solved my problem for me. Thank you Mike you f@&!$n rock."

"IN January I bought a YZ-450. I went back and bought an after market muffler, I had it sent to my house, I live in Colorado. And I couldn't get it on. So I call Mike in parts and he walked me through it. I can't see myself doing business with anyone else besides Plazacycle and Mike Earl. "I brought my Yamaha motorcycle into your dealership for new parts and service in preparation for a long ride with friends. The service department was busy with customers and I was running late for an appointment. Mike from the parts department took it upon himself to fully understand what I needed and he worked with both the parts department and the service department to coordinate the parts and labor efforts. He called me throughout the day to update me on the status of my motorcycle and helped me understand the best solutions to meet my needs. Mike and all the other staff is wonderful.

"I bought my trx450r from nick and he was the best sales guy ever. i beat him up pretty bad and even now when i go in he always say hi, good guy. it's been just over a year now since the purchase and I went back to order a HRC kit for it. Fernando in parts is an awesome guy. Basically everyone there is always awesome! problem is everytime i leave the place my pocket book gets hit for about $3-400. You guys tempt me too much. (only kidding) Im filling out this servey because I am in customer service as well at Jody Wilkinson Acura as a service advisor and know how much a little time on someones part can really help out the service/sales guys. you guys deserve it.
