"I brought my Yamaha motorcycle into your dealership for new parts and service in preparation for a long ride with friends. The service department was busy with customers and I was running late for an appointment. Mike from the parts department took it upon himself to fully understand what I needed and he worked with both the parts department and the service department to coordinate the parts and labor efforts. He called me throughout the day to update me on the status of my motorcycle and helped me understand the best solutions to meet my needs. Mike and all the other staff is wonderful.

"I bought my trx450r from nick and he was the best sales guy ever. i beat him up pretty bad and even now when i go in he always say hi, good guy. it's been just over a year now since the purchase and I went back to order a HRC kit for it. Fernando in parts is an awesome guy. Basically everyone there is always awesome! problem is everytime i leave the place my pocket book gets hit for about $3-400. You guys tempt me too much. (only kidding) Im filling out this servey because I am in customer service as well at Jody Wilkinson Acura as a service advisor and know how much a little time on someones part can really help out the service/sales guys. you guys deserve it. Good job!"
